About Our District:

At Fremont County School District #25, we are committed to creating an environment where every student can grow, thrive, and succeed. Our district is made up of three elementary schools (K-5), one middle school (6-8), and one high school (9-12), all dedicated to providing a well-rounded and enriching education. With a dedicated team of passionate educators, we work together to ensure students receive personalized support, academic challenges, and opportunities to excel both in and outside the classroom. Serving approximately 2,400 students and employing over 550 staff members, we place a strong emphasis on nurturing curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking. By empowering our students, we strive to develop lifelong learners who are prepared to become responsible, engaged global citizens.

  • MTSS & PLC Focus

Tied in with our Professional Learning Community focus is our development and implementation of effective MTSS systems at all buildings across the district. All buildings are committed to developing and implementing System Wide approaches to Screening, Data Based Decision Making, Progress Monitoring and Multi Level Prevention Systems. These MTSS systems work to provide staff with the structures, tools and support to help all students achieve both academic and behavioral goals. Fremont 25 strives to be a Professional Learning Community. where collaboration is at the heart of what we do.

  • New Teacher Mentor Program

Our district’s New Teacher Mentor Program provides valuable support for first-year educators! New teachers receive a stipend and are paired with a mentor teacher who offers guidance, encouragement, and classroom strategies. They also benefit from additional coaching and professional development from an instructional coach to help them grow in their practice. This program ensures our newest educators feel supported and confident as they begin their teaching journey!


About Our Staff:

Lindy Nielsen is the Human Resources Director for our school district. With a Master's degree in Education Leadership and Policy from the University of Utah, Lindy brings nearly 15 years of experience in administrative roles to her position. A proud Wyoming native, she is passionate about supporting our district's mission and ensuring that all employees have the resources they need to succeed.



Josh Mills serves as the Human Resources Secretary for our school district. With years of experience as an administrative assistant in Human Resources with the Army National Guard, Josh brings a wealth of organizational expertise and attention to detail to his role. He is dedicated to supporting the HR team and ensuring smooth operations for both staff and district needs.
